As an NFA, self employed sessional support worker you will need experience of working with children and young people and an interest in their welfare. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are also vital. An enhanced CRB will be required for the role together with a full driving licence and the use of a car.

As a Sessional support worker you may be required to provide transport, plan activities or support individuals. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require a flexible approach to working hours and range of duties you will undertake.

We offer a competitive hourly rate and mileage allowance.
