Supervising Social Worker - TFCA

The Foster Care Agency, is a small but fast growing independent fostering provider. The Agency covers foster carers all across South East London and the South East. We work with our carers to achieve excellent standards of care for children. We are looking for a skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our team.

You will be responsible for recruiting, assessing, training and supervising foster carers in their care of children and young people. You must hold a social work qualification and registration with GSCC and have the confidence to work effectively with a diverse group of carers and the ability to work in partnership with local authorities. 

Some travel to our office in Shoreham by Sea will be required.
