My name is Roxanne and I am the Carer Recruitment Officer, I have worked in health and social care for 4 years, I previously worked as a carer working with elderly and vulnerable people helping them to maintain their independence to continue living in their own homes. I then went on to recruitment and training to give others the skills to do the same. I get so much gratification from supporting other people and this is why I love my job and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Brighter Futures Foster Care since March 2024. Since starting at NFG everyone has been really positive, supportive and passionate and I endeavour to filter this through to the amazing people who wish to become Foster Carers.
