My job is to make sure that our agency is doing everything that the Government and Ofsted expects in order to meet the required standards and legislation. I am responsible for ensuring the staff support and guide you and that all children are safe and making progress towards achieving positive outcomes. I sometimes sit on the Fostering Panel and monitor the placements and arrange events and activities for our carers and children.
