My job as the Carer Recruitment Officer is to recruit new foster carers. I have over 10 years of experience in recruitment, in various sectors from finance to domiciliary care and transport for vulnerable adults and children.  I am the first point of contact for all new applicants, from initial call right through to approval and beyond!  I arrange various activities and events for all our carers to ensure we have regular contact and engagement.
