Who are Fostering Solutions?

We are a leading independent fostering agency that provides therapeutic and practical services to vulnerable children and young adults in need.

Fostering Solutions is a large national agency with a cosy, local attitude. We have nine offices across England and Wales, serving a wide area comprising of local authorities.

Our most recent Ofsted inspection saw us rated as ‘Good’ in all areas with our office in the North West and South receiving a rating of Outstanding. As a proud member of NFA Group’s fostering family of agencies, we are LILAC certified, in honour of our high quality standards.

Help give a child the best outcomes

Our mission is to create the very best positive outcomes for all children and young people in our care. We achieve this through training and on-the-ground support, by keeping focused on what matters, and striving for excellence.

We’re proud of our links with local authorities too. These strong relationships help us secure foster homes that really work for children, our carers and their families. The high number of children who are referred to us across these regions creates more opportunities to place a child matched for you and your family’s situation.

Our foster carers come from all walks of life and provide a nurturing home environment for children and young people. They help to make better days, which can lead to better lives and have incredible futures. We have foster carers who specialise in caring for children with additional needs, siblings, specialised and parent and child foster care. All our foster carers provide excellent care for children of all ages and encourage our young people to dream big.

Can you provide a safe and supportive home? Would you like to join a team that that can get the best outcomes for children and you people? Will you be the inspiration for change?
