I have been the Support Worker for Fostering Solutions Cumbria & Lancashire since October 2020. I work alongside the Social Workers to provide support to the carers and young people. I really enjoy my role and seeing how much young people can thrive within our wonderful team and of course the amazing foster carers, who together always aim to achieve the best outcomes possible.
