My name is Lucy and I am a Supervising Social Worker here at Fostering Solutions. I cover West Sussex and parts of Hampshire including the Isle of Wight.

My background is mainly in Early Years Child Care where I have worked in a number nursery’s over the years in varying roles including room leader and breakfast club supervisor before going to University to study Social Work.
Since qualifying in 2013 I worked for the Troubled Families Agenda in West Sussex supporting families with multiple complex needs. This included issues relating to school attendance, unemployment, debt, antisocial behaviour and offending, substance misuse, domestic abuse and being at risk of homelessness. Our aim was to break the intergenerational cycle.
I have been working in fostering since early 2016 and remained with a small Independent Fostering Agency until August 2021 where I joined Fostering Solutions.
