I am Natalie one of the Family Support Workers at the Oundle office.

I have been a Family Support Worker since 2009 and really love my job. It is a very varied role which keeps it interesting. I have always had a passion in working with children and young people, and really enjoy this aspect of my job. I get to do some incredible 1-1 work with children and young people, as well as group work (Youth Council’s) and organising family activities for all our families. I work alongside two other support workers, and feel as a team we provide some really beneficial support to our carers, children and young people.

I have been married for 8 years to my lovely husband Sam and we have a gorgeous little 3 year old daughter. I am currently expecting our second child (March 2019) so am off on maternity leave until March 2020. Much of my ‘spare’ time is taken up with trips to the park, swimming lessons, baking, playing with dollies and action figures and all those other mummy duties – which I love! I love trips abroad (especially Italy) and cannot wait until out next family holiday as a 4.
