Can I complete my application form in stages?
Yes, you can save and exit at any time. However, as our opportunities are only open for applications for a short time, we would recommend doing it all in one go and not leaving it until the closing date.
Why do I need to complete an application form and not just send my CV?
We require all candidates to complete a full application form to support safer recruitment processes. It is important that you complete any employment history gaps and declare any criminal convictions. All successful applicants will be subject to a DBS check, reference checks (going back three years) and if you are a Social or Support worker, we will also require your driving documents.
What is Safer Recruitment?
Safer recruitment practice aims to minimise the risk of appointing someone unsuitable to a post where they will be in contact with children or vulnerable adults and could cause them harm. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and we expect all employees to share this commitment and undertake appropriate checks.
We are committed to safeguarding the welfare of the children in our care. Read about or pre-employment checks by clicking the link below, so you understand what to expect if you are offered a job.
How will I know whether I am successful?
We will contact you first by email to acknowledge your application and later on, if you have passed through our screening process, we will contact you by phone or email to arrange a face to face interview – check your email spam settings so you don’t miss anything. Due to the volume of applicants, if you do not hear from us within three weeks then your application has not been successful.
Will I receive feedback from my application form?
We really appreciate everyone’s time, but with so many applications, we can only give feedback to you if you get through to the interview stage.
Do you accept applications from candidates that require a visa?
We can only accept applications from candidates who possess the right to work in the UK at the time of application.
Who has access to my details once I have applied?
As per the UK Privacy Laws, your details are only available to us at the NFA Group and our ATS owners. Information will be kept for a limited period of time.
What about equal opportunities?
The NFA Group do not discriminate on grounds of ethnicity, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, age or disability at any stage of the recruitment process or during employment.
