NFA Group Acquires Brighter Futures Foster Care Ltd

NFA Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Brighter Futures Foster Care Ltd on 6th August 2018 from Justina Gay and Sali Walker who founded the Agency in 2007.

Brighter Futures, rated Good by Ofsted and located in Walthamstow in Essex, joins NFA Group’s family of agencies in the South East providing excellent local services throughout this area.   

NFA Group is the UK’s largest provider of independent fostering services, helping to support Local Authorities meet their statutory sufficiency duty to provide safe and secure foster homes for those children and young people for whom they have a legal responsibility.

 NFA Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Child Care Bureau Ltd on Friday 8th June 2018 from the Hemming Family who founded the Agency in 2000.

National Fostering Agency Group Celebrates Golden Opportunity

The National Fostering Agency Group has achieved the celebrated Investors In People Gold Standard Award.

The award follows an intensive assessment process over fourteen days involving interviews with over 150 staff and carers. Less than three per cent of organisations with IIP achieve Gold Standard accreditation.

NFA celebrates achievement of two local foster carers in London

The National Fostering Agency recently hosted its annual Presentation of Long Service Awards, at which two local foster carers were recognised.

Vicky King and Len Green, from Shirley, were given an award for their 15 years of service with NFA, along with chocolates and a bottle of champagne. The event was held at the Kia Oval and was attended by around 300 NFA foster carers, social workers and support staff.
