I’ve been with NFA for 7 years, firstly on the Administration Team and then transferring across to the Placements Team and then just recently I moved into the Placements Administrator role. Doing some voluntary work in an orphanage in Latvia and within a local primary school was an amazing experience, which started me on the path to being able to help children and young people find a safe home with our lovely carers. There is nothing like the feeling of knowing that you’ve played a part in helping children and young people on their journey to a better life.
