Social Work was a late career change for me. Nevertheless I've been qualified since 2001. Throughout much of my social work career I've worked with children & families in front line social work. Since 2017 I've worked independently within roles that have included periods as a Team Manager in Cardiff and an Independent Reviewing Officer for an independent fostering agency in Cardiff. Throughout much of my time in social work career I've independently undertaken Form F assessment alongside my full-time work - a number of which have been for NFA. I'm glad to finally find myself working full-time within a fostering setting and I'm very happy to have joined NFA.
