I joined NFA in 2019 after previously working in a non related field, but always with a keen interest in supporting people. In my role as CRO I am responsible for coordinating the recruitment of foster carers to the group. I enjoy meeting enquirers face to face and ultimately seeing them through their journey to approval at panel.
