Hello! I’m Rachael. I joined NFA Wales as a Supervising Social Worker in August 2021. I have been a social worker for just over 7 years. Previously I have worked for Local Authority Child Protection and Family and Friends teams. I have also worked as an Independent Mental Health Advocate.
I really enjoy being a social worker in NFA Wales and value the ability to build up relationships with the carers I work with. It’s wonderful to see the children in their care flourishing. I am happy to have joined NFA and look forward to continuing my role here.
