Next Step Fostering was originally founded by a family that fostered themselves and this personal touch is reflected in everything we do. I have worked for Next Step Fostering since 2015, initially as Panel Administrator then moving to Referrals.  My previous experience covers a number of avenues, including Respite Fostering for Kent LA, for which this have given me a huge insight into fostering from the other side. I am a Referrals Co-ordinator and my role involves placing children and young people with our available foster carers. This involves co-ordinating information between the LA, foster families, SSW and Managers before any children are placed.
