NFA is delighted to have been re-awarded the ‘Customer Service Excellence’ Government standard kite mark

Following our recent Customer Service Excellence Review visit, the National Fostering Agency are pleased to announce that we have been re-awarded the Customer Service Excellence Standard kite mark.

The government standard for Customer Service Excellence builds on the legacy of the Charter Mark standard that had been used by thousands of public sector organisations to improve customer service. Award of this Government standard is a clear recognition of quality at the highest level.

The fundamentals of good customer service underpin this standard with particular focus on delivery, timeliness, information and robust measurement. A clear emphasis on customer insight, understanding user’s experiences, leadership and staff attitude are key factors in this award.
