Pratishtha is a qualified social worker, registered with Social Work England. She holds a master’s degree in social work from India and hold 12 years of social work experience.

Pratishtha previously worked in India and after moving to the UK she worked with London Boroughs in statutory child protection teams. She has worked with various teams and have positively contributed to the welfare of vulnerable children and young people.

Pratishtha is committed to inclusive practice, ensuring children and young people and the foster carers are well supported. Pratishtha joined NFA London North as a Supervising Social Worker in May 2023 and is committed to supporting children, young people and foster carers.
