UK fostering at its best

With over 20 years of experience in foster care, we are the largest independent UK fostering agency and have the largest community of foster parents. Across the country, we provide foster carers services to local authorities, working with them to secure high quality foster care to children and young people in need.

Our aim is to build incredible futures for vulnerable children and young people by empowering them to be happy and make their way in the world.

As an independent fostering agency we achieve this by providing foster parents with excellent skills, supporting them to be their best in giving foster children a safe, supportive and nurturing environment where they can thrive and be happy.

If you’d like to know more about our mission, values, leadership, policies and other UK fostering information, see About us or get in touch with your local National Fostering Group team.

We recognise the value of a diverse workforce and is committed to providing equal opportunities within the workforce and eliminating unlawful discrimination. Our Equality and Diversity Policy aims to promote fairness, respect, and equal opportunities for all job applicants, contractors, agency workers, and staff members, as well as our partners and carers who are so active in our community.
