My interest human development comes from my lived experience. From a young age I have always enjoyed helping other people, to make things work better for them and see them happy. I derive a sense of fulfilment working with our foster carers and other professionals to safeguard and care for our young people. The opportunity to make my own little contribution to the lived experiences of the young people brings me great satisfaction and that is why I joined NFA.
