I joined Alliance in August 2023. Before coming to fostering I worked as a safeguarding social worker for Birmingham and Northamptonshire local authorities for four years. Before this I worked in residential children’s homes and schools supporting young people with ASC and emotional behavioural difficulties. I am enjoying working with people who have a passion for supporting children and seeing the achievements of all the young people.
