Hi, I am Sophie and have recently joined the team at Alliance as a Supervising Social Worker. Prior to fostering I worked within several safeguarding teams. I am passionate about supporting Children and Young People to fulfil their full potential, I am really looking forward to meeting and working with you all.  Outside of work I like to spend time with my family, read and explore new places!
