I have been working at Alliance for 11 years now and am incredibly proud of all the hard work everyone puts in every day. Before joining Alliance, I spent my early career working in educational settings for children and young people with additional needs. I started at Alliance in 2012 in the role of Support Worker, before taking my degree and qualifying as a Social Worker. I have recently stepped into the role of Team Manager and am looking forward to this next challenge.
