I’m delighted to be part of the agency team since 2021, initially joining on a part‑time basis and now working full‑time in a dual role. I balance both administrative responsibilities in the office and involvement with our career recruitment team, helping shape each carer’s journey from their initial enquiry and application through to their annual reviews and ongoing training. I also help to organise engagement activities for carers and young people. I pride myself on staying organised, attentive, and supportive to my colleagues and the Alpha Plus community.  Outside of work, I bring that same enthusiasm to my personal life—I love planning holidays, live music outings, and spending quality time with friends, family, and beloved cocker spaniel Rupert.
