I’m Berfin, a Family Assessment Support Worker at Arun Hope.

I graduated with a degree in Social Work, after studying Health and Social Care. I’ve worked in a nursery, a fostering agency as a supervising social worker, and as a support worker at a mental health association. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of working with children, families, and individuals with complex needs.

I enjoy supporting families because I believe every child deserves a safe and stable environment. Being part of that journey is something I find very rewarding.

At Arun Hope, I hope to build strong relationships with families, develop my skills, and make a positive difference through supportive, hands-on work.
