I’m Colette and I’m the Office Manager at Arun Hope.

I’m organised, methodical, and IT savvy. I love being customer focussed and enjoy being analytical and process driven. I enjoy working in a team as well as work well independently.

Based on my experience of working with young offenders, I like seeing people prove to themselves that they are worthy of the support made available to them and that they shouldn't give up when others haven't ... people are like flowers, they need watering to bloom.

I strive to be the best I can be every day, and share my experiences, and learn from the experiences of others within the team. I aim to provide a first-class administration service that supports the Arun Hope Centre to be the best in class within the NFG.

I'm known for doing whacky things (sky diving, fundraising to go to India to help build a school) and a lover of pantomimes!
