I’m Ellise, Deputy Manager

I hold a Level 3 in childcare completed through working in nurseries.

I have Worked in residential children’s homes as a residential care worker, Senior Residential care worker and a Team manager and gained a lot of residential and management experience.

I Worked within stop domestic abuse where I delivered UP2U-Youth and UP2U- Family practice.

I have a passion for working with children and families for the majority of my career. I enjoy supporting those to thrive and reach their fullest potential, through using empathy and acceptance. I like to apply myself to guiding the children in families in a healthier direction.

I hope to further my managerial technique in supporting my staff team to support the families, who use our service. I am excited to embrace the environment in which we work and utilise our multidisciplinary team to provide the best all round assessment possible.

I enjoy spending time with my family and my dog and going on adventures to new places.
