I’m Gemma, Waking Night Family Assessment Support Worker here at Arun Hope.

I have a level 4 Certificate in Education and have over 20 years of teaching experience in further education. Throughout that time, I thoroughly enjoyed supporting young adults with developing their academic knowledge, as well as independent life skills.

I consider myself extremely fortunate to be able to pursue a career at a Parenting Assessment Centre and use my previous professional expertise to make sure families receive the necessary support and guidance they need. I genuinely enjoy being able to encourage and support parents in raising their children in a safe, nurturing and caring environment.

My goal at Arun Hope is to increase my understanding of therapeutic parenting while also helping families strengthen their bonds and reach their full potential.

Some of my favourite things to do include spending time making memories with my family, going to the gym and drinking lots of coffee!!
