Hi, I’m Grace, a Family Assessment Social Worker at Arun Hope.

I have a master’s degree in social work and have worked in frontline child protection since 2017.  I have experience in parenting assessments during family court proceedings and providing evidence in court.

I’m passionate about supporting parents to meet their children’s needs. I know how challenging assessments can be, and I aim to work in a way that is flexible, supportive, and honest. I also understand that for some families, this may be their last opportunity to show they can care for their children, and I approach my work with kindness and patience.

I look forward to celebrating families’ strengths and helping them grow as parents, with the aim of independently keeping their children safe and meeting their needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, walking, and spending time with family and friends—usually with a cup of tea in hand!
