Keshia

Senior Family Assessment Support Worker

Keshia, Senior Family assessment support worker

I have worked in nursery school settings for a number of years, and I have worked with adults with learning disabilities for 5 years. I really enjoyed both roles and found myself doing a psychology degree which I completed in 2020.

I love working with children because they see the environment around them so differently to adults, they’re always inquisitive and full of wonder. Children can be both challenging and adorable in the same hour, which keeps me on my toes. Working with children makes me happy and gives me a challenge.

By working at Arun Hope I can further my experience, help families to thrive and learn some new skills along the way.

Some hobbies I love are doing arts and crafts with my children, reading, and taking baths for as long as possible before being disturbed!
