I have worked with Brighter Futures for over 14 years and have found every moment to be exciting, uplifting and complex and interesting. I began as a supervising social worker and became a team manager after 4 years. I then became the Registered Manager. We have achieved outstanding in our last Ofsted inspection due to the immensely hard work the whole team put in. The supervising social workers and foster carers work together very well and the leadership team is very well established and skilled.

Before Brighter Futures I was a child protection social worker both in the UK and also abroad. I have worked in residential homes caring for children and also for older people.

I am very happy to be working in Brighter Futures with such a dedicated and nurturing team.
