Hello everyone, I’ve been the Registered Manager for Brighter Futures Foster Care since August 2018. My average day involves ensuring that my team managers and supervising social workers have all the support they need in order to support our foster carers and the children in their care. My day involves lots of problem-solving on the spot and I have a list of tasks to do and sometimes I even get halfway through them! I’m always partial to being side-tracked by an interesting telephone conversation as you probably all know. I keep a close eye on everything that happens in the agency and do my very best to support us all
