I am a Supervising Social Worker and I have been with Brighter Futures since September 2018. My main duties are to supervise and support foster carers. I attend all statutory meetings, facilitate support groups, arrange respite, ensure cares attend training, write various reports for example annual reviews, undertake IV, training and various administrative tasks.

I have been a Supervising Social Worker for 10 years in the fostering field and I was also a registered manager for a year. I have worked in education as a careers and work experience co-coordinator delivering training.
