I have been practising as a social worker since 2014 and I have been with Childcare Bureau as a Team Manager since Summer 2019. Previously I have worked in Worcestershire in child protection as well as being a supervising social worker at another agency and a Project Manager supporting young people moving from residential settings and into foster care.

I manage the social work and support worker team at Childcare Bureau as well as working closely with our fostering families and young people wherever I can. I am constantly impressed by the commitment of our foster carers and the resilience of our young people and love working as part of a team to help improve young people’s lives.
