I joined CFFA in October 2023 and the welcome I have received from all staff and carers has been great. I enjoy working as a Supervising Social Worker as it allows me the opportunity to assist and support carers to help them work with the children placed with them to achieve their full individual potential - this is a privilege, can be challenging at times but so rewarding. I feel the high standards expected of the agency allows us to offer each child a high standard of placement and an opportunity to flourish. Together we can achieve good things.
