I joined CFFA in January 2023 and straight away I felt it to be a warm; friendly and supportive environment to work in. I enjoy the role as a Supervising Social Worker as it gives me a role where I can support and advise foster carers making sure that both carers and children can thrive and reach their full potential. Children and young people deserve the very best from the homes they live in; ensuring they are safeguarded, and their best interests is always at the fourth front.
