I have worked for the agency since January 2022. Prior to this, I was a Support Worker working both in the community as well as supported living alongside adults with Autism and additional needs. Part of my job is to provide support to supervising social workers, foster carers and looked after children and young people where there is an identified need.  I help organise events and activities and provide individual support to young people moving towards independence. I also assist with some admin within the office if required.

My role as a support worker enables me to really get to know our amazing carers, children & young people and I am so proud to be a part of the Children First family. The staff all support one another which really adds to the family feel we are so proud of.
