I joined the agency in September 2023, as the agency’s Panel Administrator. I am thoroughly enjoying working within the team and getting to know the Foster Carers. As the Panel Administrator, I attend the Panel meetings, record the minutes, am responsible for the co-ordination of all documents going to Panel, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the Fostering Panel from before, during and post panel. Additionally, I cover reception and ensure DBS administration is completed and up to date. Prior to working with the agency, I was an Examinations Officer in a secondary school for seven years overseeing examinations for 1400 pupils. I have two daughters in their twenties, two cats and a crazy ‘Sprocker’ dog called Dora who loves doing the agencies post run. At Children First every child has a voice and every carer has consistent support from all our staff. We are able to connect with all of our children, young people & carers so there will always be someone on the other end of the telephone.
