I joined the agency in September 2023, as the agency’s Panel Administrator and became Office Manager in October 2024.

As Office Manager I am responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our office, managing administration staff, and overseeing all administrative tasks including fostering panel where new carers get approved.  I have responsibility for ensuring DBS checks are completed by our admin team for carers and their support networks and directly support both the Registered Manager and Team Manager. Our goal is to help ensure all our children and carers feel supported which will enable every child and young person achieve a positive outcome

I have two daughters in their twenties, two cats and a crazy ‘Sprocker’ dog called Dora who loves doing the agencies post run. At Children First every child has a voice and every carer has consistent support from all our staff. We are able to connect with all of our children, young people & carers so there will always be someone on the other end of the telephone.
