“Many people wrongly assume that their sexuality will discount them from becoming an approved foster carer. At National Fostering Group, we are interested in the caring, safe environment you could offer a foster child. You could have the skills they need. The ‘fostering mindset’ is the most important attribute that any prospective carer needs; empathy, patience, the ability to nurture and to support are all vital components of this outlook.”
