My job is to support the team, giving guidance and advice on how best to meet children’s needs.  I also support Lynne with her work to make sure the service we provide is the best it can be.  I mainly work in the office but also enjoy visiting foster carers and children, as well as seeing everyone at fun events.  I have been with Fostering Relations since February 2018, prior to this I was a children and families social worker.  I have also worked with young people involved in offending, and as a youth worker.
