As the Registered Manager I am accountable for providing vision and leadership to my team and I have overall responsibility for the smooth running and compliance of my Registration. I also have over 25 years previous work experience and knowledge of fostering, placement commissioning, look after children and leaving care.
At home we have two dogs and I’m a big Arsenal fan!

As a manager I ensure my staff are well informed, trained and skilled to enable them to support the foster carers and children we care for.
