I have been working for Fostering Solutions since January 2021. The one thing I love about my role is seeing potential foster carers at the beginning of their fostering journey becoming approved. My role involves home visits, keeping in touch with the potential foster carers through the application and assessment process all the way through to approval. And after approval I organise social events for the foster carers to attend. Another part of my role is to organise recruitment events.
