As the Regional Director and Responsible Individual, I support David and his team ensuring they have the resources and skills to deliver a high quality service. Fostering Solutions Oundle is one of 7 agencies in my region, and I encourage the Registered Managers to network with, and support each other. I joined the group in August 2022 with 25 years of leadership experience within the Health Care Sector having originally trained as a nurse. Outside work I keep myself busy volunteering for mental health crisis lines as well as learning Sign Language and Italian at night school.
