Hi, I’m Ella and I joined the team in February 2020. I previously worked in residential care with young people and in youth and community work. I love being able to support foster carers in the incredible and important work that they do, and I really enjoy spending time with our children and young people, who always amaze me and make me laugh.

In my role, I also take the lead in facilitating our Merseyside Rainbow Group; this a support group for carers interested in learning more about caring for children with additional needs.

My working days are Monday to Thursday.

In my spare time, I enjoy seeing friends, going to the beach and playing with my dog!
