My name is Emma and I joined Fostering Solutions as an Advanced Practitioner in May 2022.

I qualified as a Social Worker in 2003, since then I have spent the majority of my career working in Local Authorities across the south west to support children in care. I have greatly enjoyed learning from young people and their families/carers, as well as learning from my colleagues. I joined Fostering Solutions because they are child focused and aim to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people.

Since joining Fostering Solutions,  I have found the team to be friendly, professional and responsive to the needs of foster carers and young people.
