I joined Fostering Solutions in Feb 2020, having previously worked for the Local Authority in a residential children’s emergency home, where I also conducted outreach support to children on the edge of care. Prior to this I managed a team to support a disability team, and older adults.

I enjoy my role with Fostering Solutions as a supervising Social Worker, as it is different every day. I find it very rewarding to see that the children in our care can thrive in a stable and secure environment. Additionally, I enjoy being part of the assessment process and sitting on the fostering panel.
