I have been a qualified social worker since 2010, I then joined the then Pathway care, I have remined with the company through the change to Fostering Solutions. Prior to this I worked in residential childcare for 14 years, as a residential worker during this time I have worked in a secure unit with young offenders and young people who have had emotional and behavioural problems.

I enjoy seeing the difference that foster carers can and do make to a young person’s life and I feel privileged to be part of the young person’s journey and the foster carer’s progression
