Hi! I’m Lexi, one of the support workers at Fostering Solutions Merseyside. I work with our young people doing direct work, running our activities and helping with our Youth Council. I came into the company having done lots of support work and childcare, wanting a new challenge that combined the things I am passionate about which is helping people and working with children. My favourite thing about this work is spending my days with our fantastic young people and supporting them through the challenges thrown at them – it’s incredible to watch them grow into the people they want to be!

Outside of work I like to spend lots of time with my son and our puppy. We like to take regular UK breaks and our favourite so far has been York – I’d love to explore other countries around the world and have a travel list for when I’m ready to take my first flight! My main goals in life are to be able to continue to support young people and encourage them to shine as bright as we all know they can!
