I have worked at the Oundle office for 6 years now, I was only supposed to be here for 10 months. I am the Senior Administrator and have responsibility for all things concerning foster carers, including DBS checks, medicals and annual reviews. I arrange review meetings and panel and generally support the team in their various roles. I also have a company-wide responsibility to update any administrative guidance and offer support to other administrators who are either new to the role or need to seek advice.
I was previously a Youth Worker and then an Assistant Co-Ordinator of a PRU in Northamptonshire. I have to say my life is far quieter now.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and love Yoga (I need to get back to classes though!!)
