Hi, I’m Naomi and I have worked for Fostering Solutions since June 2020. I have been the Team Manager in the Merseyside team since August 2021, having previously held Advanced Practitioner and Supervising Social Worker roles. Prior to working with the agency, I was a children’s social worker for a Local Authority in Child Protection, working with children and families from assessments through to permanence. I am particularly passionate about safeguarding and working with our Social Workers and Foster Carers to achieve best outcomes for Children and Young people.

We have a brilliant and supportive team in Merseyside and it’s my absolute privilege to work alongside them and our wider Fostering Solutions Northwest team.

Outside of work, you will most likely find me in an independent coffee shop, browsing Pinterest for house décor ideas, watching the latest crime documentary or enjoying quality time with family and friends!
