I am Natalie and I am a Supervising Social Worker. Prior to joining Fostering Solutions in March 2022, I worked for 18 months at another Fostering Agency, and prior to that I worked at a Local Authority for 19 years. During my time at Local Authority, I worked as both a children’s social worker and supervising social worker in teams such as locality child protection, looked after children and Fostering.

I am accredited in Triple P Parenting, which I have delivered as both 1:1 and group programmes.

I believe foster carers have a unique and challenging role which is often underappreciated, and therefore I thrive on supporting and championing all carers to be acknowledged and recognised in the fantastic work they do.

In my personal life, I am married and have two ‘very spoilt’ dogs. I enjoy holidays, walking, gardening, cooking and gigs and theatre. I also collect anything to do with Scottish highland cows!
